📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Process payroll and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.
• Handle tax compliance and filing, ensuring all legal requirements are met.
• Assist in budgeting and financial planning, providing insights to support strategic decisions.
• Coordinate office logistics, including procurement, inventory management, and office supplies.
• Support the finance team with ad-hoc projects and special tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized office environment, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or office administration.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
