You will also be responsible for coordinating with our customers and other stakeholders to ensure that our fleet is available when needed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fleet, including scheduling, dispatching, and maintenance.
  • Ensure that all vehicles are maintained to the highest standards and that our drivers are safe and efficient.
  • Coordinate with customers and other stakeholders to ensure that our fleet is available when needed.
  • Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities, including vehicle usage, maintenance, and fuel consumption.
  • Ensure that all fleet vehicles are compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide regular reports to management on the status of the fleet and any issues that need to be addressed.
  • Train and develop our drivers to ensure that they are up-to-date on the latest safety and efficiency practices.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Proven experience as a Fleet Coordinator or similar role in fleet management.
  • A strong understanding of logistics and transportation, including knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in the use of fleet management software and other relevant tools.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to travel as required.
