📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing store operations, including inventory control and sales tracking.,Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.,Support the Store Manager in implementing sales strategies and promotions.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Assist in training and developing staff to ensure high performance.,Monitor and report on store performance metrics.,Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate financial records.,Assist in coordinating with suppliers and vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment with flexibility and dedication.
