📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient running of the store.,Manage a team of sales associates, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock is well-maintained and organized.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.,Work closely with the regional manager to ensure store performance meets company targets.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
