📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Develop and maintain market access strategies to ensure our products are available in the right channels.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to optimize product performance and market positioning.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement business strategies.
• Create and present reports and insights to senior management to support decision-making.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of market access initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape.
• Support the development and implementation of new market access programs and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in market access, business analysis, or a related field.
• Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry and market access strategies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
