📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analyses and creating job descriptions and specifications.,Sourcing and attracting potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screening and evaluating resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.,Conducting initial interviews and assessments to determine candidates' fit for the role and company culture.,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements.,Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including coordinating interviews and reference checks.,Providing feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the mining industry.,Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry standards.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
