📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Manage and mentor a team of employees.,Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.,Implement and monitor quality control measures.,Handle inventory and ensure stock levels are adequate.,Coordinate with other departments to meet organizational goals.,Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.,Train and develop new employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a similar role.,Proven track record of leadership and team management.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and quality control processes.,Experience in a customer service-oriented environment is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
