Byte Royal Indonesia is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team in Palembang. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing our client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and grow client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.,Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and developing effective sales strategies.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.,Develop and maintain comprehensive client accounts, including sales history, contact information, and account status.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve sales strategies and techniques.,Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network with potential clients and partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar role, with a track record of driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.,Strong understanding of the technology industry and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant sales tools and software.,Fluency in English is a plus.
