📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial records.,Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Manage the payroll process, including calculating salaries, deductions, and ensuring timely payments.,Supervise and mentor junior accountants and staff.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of accounting processes.,Handle vendor and customer invoicing and payments.,Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting supervision or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
