📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen operations and ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation.,Supervise and train junior chefs and kitchen staff to maintain high levels of food safety and quality.,Develop and implement daily menu plans in collaboration with the Head Chef.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of ingredients.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in cost control measures to optimize food costs.,Lead special events and catering services as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chef or Assistant Head Chef in a professional kitchen.,Proven experience in managing a team of chefs and kitchen staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine.,Knowledge of menu planning and cost control.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

🛠️ Keahlian

Culinary expertise in various cooking techniques and styles.Strong organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.Experience in developing and implementing menu strategies.Ability to work well under supervision and as part of a team.Knowledge of inventory management and cost control.Experience in leading special events and catering services.Strong attention to detail and quality control.
