As a Can Making Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the can-making machinery, ensuring the production of high-quality cans that meet international standards. You will work closely with the production team to troubleshoot issues, implement process improvements, and ensure that the production line runs efficiently and safely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain can-making machinery, including but not limited to can seaming, can erecting, and can washing machines.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of machinery to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment life.
• Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot issues and implement process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and provide training to new employees.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement new technologies and methods as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in can-making or related manufacturing roles.
• Familiarity with can-making machinery and processes, including can seaming, can erecting, and can washing.
• Knowledge of quality control and process improvement techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
