Hotel Dian Dental Clinic is looking for a dynamic and experienced Department Head to join our team in Gorontalo. This is an immediate opening, and the right candidate will play a crucial role in leading our department to achieve its goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel management or a related field, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Developing and implementing departmental strategies to meet business objectives.,Leading and motivating a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Managing budgets and resources, ensuring financial targets are met.,Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.,Conducting regular performance reviews and providing feedback to team members.,Representing the department at meetings and events, both internally and externally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.,Strong understanding of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using office software and tools, including Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards.,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian language is a plus.
