📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, implementation, and coordination of logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Collaborate with the Logistics Coordinator to develop and maintain logistics policies and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock levels.,Organize and manage transportation schedules, routes, and vehicles to optimize delivery efficiency.,Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage and handling of goods.,Monitor and report on logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Assist in the development and implementation of logistics training programs for staff.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all logistics activities and transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong understanding of logistics software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian logistics regulations and best practices.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
