📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles,Ensure all vehicles are in good working condition and meet safety standards,Schedule and monitor vehicle maintenance and repairs,Track and optimize fuel consumption,Manage driver schedules and ensure compliance with regulations,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure smooth operations,Generate and maintain accurate records of vehicle usage and performance,Participate in safety inspections and training programs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role,Knowledge of fleet management software and tools,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Valid driver's license and experience driving commercial vehicles is a plus,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
