As a Fleet Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of drivers and ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet. You will use tools like SAP and Google Maps to monitor vehicle locations and schedules, and you will work closely with our dispatch team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage a team of drivers and ensure they adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor vehicle locations and schedules using SAP and Google Maps.
• Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Conduct regular vehicle maintenance checks and ensure all vehicles are in good working condition.
• Investigate and resolve any issues related to fleet operations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Provide training and support to new drivers.
• Work closely with the management team to improve fleet operations and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
• Knowledge of SAP and Google Maps.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
• Experience in managing a team and providing training and support.
