📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously.
• Manage guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel's amenities and services.
• Assist with reservations and bookings using the Property Management System (PMS).
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Handle guest communications, including phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Assist with special requests and events, as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in front office or guest services in the hospitality industry.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using PMS software.
• Familiarity with hotel operations and procedures.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Valid ID and work permit (if applicable).
