Max Town Group is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our dynamic team in Bantul, DI Yogyakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Handle employee relations issues and conflicts.,Coordinate training and development programs.,Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the management team in strategic HR planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proven track record of managing HR processes efficiently.
