As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for managing various HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations, including grievances and conflicts.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with benefit plans.,Assist in the planning and execution of HR training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with English is a plus.,Willingness to work in a hybrid setting.
