Toko Vera Cafe & Coffee is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and assisting in the preparation of the monthly financial statements. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work from our office in Malang and from home, providing a flexible work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update the company's general ledger and accounts payable/receivable.,Prepare and process monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.,Process and reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial documents.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.,Prepare and distribute financial reports to management and other departments as needed.,Perform other accounting duties as assigned.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
