📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and menus.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Ensure smooth kitchen operations by managing kitchen staff, inventory, and equipment.,Prepare and maintain food stocks, including ingredients, utensils, and equipment.,Participate in training and development programs for kitchen staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Assist in the development and implementation of kitchen procedures and standards.,Contribute to the overall success of the kitchen team and the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in the culinary industry.,Proven track record of working in a professional kitchen environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work in a hybrid setting, combining in-office and remote tasks.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new culinary techniques and trends.
