📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations and ensuring smooth customer service.,Oversee inventory management, including stock levels and ordering.,Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high service standards.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Assist in the preparation and execution of store events and promotions.,Support the development and implementation of sales plans.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good understanding of sales and marketing principles.,Familiarity with inventory management systems.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
