📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing daily cashier operations and ensuring accurate financial transactions.,Supervising and training junior cashier staff to maintain high service standards.,Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly and professionally.,Maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assisting in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.,Promoting a positive and professional work environment.,Participating in team meetings and contributing to the overall success of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in cashier or financial management roles.,Proven ability to manage and train junior staff.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with financial software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good knowledge of Indonesian accounting and financial regulations.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
