📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the logistics department, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods.,Manage and coordinate a team of logistics coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize the supply chain and improve overall efficiency.,Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, sales, and warehouse, to ensure seamless operations.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Manage and maintain relationships with third-party logistics providers, ensuring reliable and cost-effective services.,Conduct regular training and development sessions for the logistics team to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and customs procedures.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
