📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, including inventory management and staff supervision.,Ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations and standards.,Provide expert pharmaceutical advice and assistance to customers.,Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate medication dispensing.,Train and develop junior staff to maintain high standards of service.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Participate in continuous professional development and stay updated with the latest pharmaceutical trends.,Assist in the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a pharmacy setting.,Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using pharmacy management software.,Familiarity with local languages is an advantage.,Valid pharmacist license and certification.
