📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Manage a team of tax consultants, ensuring that all tax-related projects are completed on time and within budget.Provide tax consulting services to clients, ensuring that they comply with all tax laws and regulations.Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize clients' tax liabilities.Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax laws.Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and provide training to team members.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.Participate in tax planning and compliance projects, providing strategic advice to clients.Monitor and report on the performance of the tax consulting team.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.Certification in tax consulting is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
