📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs that align with organizational goals,Identify training needs through assessments and feedback,Create engaging and effective learning materials,Conduct training sessions and workshops,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees,Stay updated with the latest learning and development trends,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training relevance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development,Strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to design and facilitate training programs,Proficiency in using training software and tools,Understanding of adult learning principles,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent organizational and time management skills
