📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Source and screen potential candidates for various job openings,Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and evaluate candidates' suitability,Coordinate with internal teams to schedule interviews and provide feedback,Maintain a strong candidate database and track application progress,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and processes,Provide feedback and guidance to hiring managers on recruitment best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations
