📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.,Manage and motivate a team of store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Manage store budgets and ensure profitability.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
