📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the inbound operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of goods.,Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to manage inventory and stock levels.,Monitor and maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.,Train and develop staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.,Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise within the team.,Work closely with the management team to achieve operational goals and targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the retail or logistics industry.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with inventory management and logistics systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
