As a Leadership Excellence Partner, you will be responsible for developing and delivering leadership training programs that align with the strategic goals of our clients. You will work with a diverse range of clients, from Fortune 500 companies to small and medium-sized enterprises, helping them build high-performing teams and leaders. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a real impact on the leadership development landscape in Bangka Belitung and beyond.

In this role, you will work with the latest leadership development tools and software, including 360-degree feedback assessments, leadership development frameworks, and learning management systems. You will also have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from Fortune 500 companies to small and medium-sized enterprises, helping them build high-performing teams and leaders.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver leadership training programs that align with the strategic goals of our clients.
• Develop and implement leadership development frameworks and tools.
• Conduct leadership assessments and provide feedback to help leaders and teams improve their performance.
• Work closely with clients to understand their leadership development needs and goals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in leadership development.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to leaders and teams to help them achieve their full potential.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and promote leadership development solutions.
• Participate in the development and implementation of new leadership development programs and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership development, coaching, or consulting.
• Certification in leadership development, coaching, or a related field (e.g., Certified Leadership Development Professional, Certified Professional Coach).
• Strong understanding of leadership assessment tools and frameworks.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with a diverse range of clients and industries.
