📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily import operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of shipments.
• Coordinate with vendors, customs brokers, and internal teams to resolve any issues.
• Monitor and optimize import processes using SAP and custom-built systems.
• Ensure compliance with import regulations and company policies.
• Lead and mentor a team of 8-10 staff, fostering a productive and collaborative environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in import operations, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry.
• Proven track record of managing import processes and teams.
• Strong knowledge of import regulations, customs procedures, and international trade laws.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with SAP or similar import management systems.
