You'll work closely with our team to develop and execute engaging marketing campaigns, from social media to in-person events. In this role, you'll spend your days crafting compelling marketing content, managing our social media presence, and organizing and executing events that showcase our venues to their best advantage. You'll be responsible for creating and managing our event calendars, from intimate dinners to large-scale parties, ensuring that every event leaves a lasting impression. You'll also work with our design and photography teams to create stunning visuals that capture the essence of our venues and attract new customers.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our premium restaurant and bar concepts.
• Create and manage our social media presence, including content creation and engagement.
• Organize and execute events, from intimate dinners to large-scale parties, to showcase our venues.
• Collaborate with our design and photography teams to create stunning visuals for our marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize our strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, event planning, or a related field, preferably in the F&B industry.
• Proficient in using social media platforms and tools such as Facebook, Instagram, and Hootsuite.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a diverse team.
• Creative and innovative thinker, with a passion for the F&B industry.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of event planning software such as Eventbrite or Cvent is a plus.
