In this role, you'll be responsible for managing daily payroll processes, including salary calculations, tax deductions, and benefit administration. You'll also play a key role in ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations, providing payroll support to the HR team, and contributing to the continuous improvement of payroll systems.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage daily payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Calculate and process employee salaries, bonuses, and other compensation, using SAP Payroll and Oracle HCM.
• Manage tax deductions and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
• Provide payroll support to the HR team, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Monitor payroll expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in payroll management.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of payroll systems and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Certification in payroll processing (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Proficient in using payroll software such as SAP Payroll and Oracle HCM.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
