📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive business analysis documentation, including process flows, data models, and requirements specifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate business requirements.
• Create and present detailed reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
• Monitor and evaluate the implementation of business analysis solutions to ensure they meet the desired outcomes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and data visualization.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the ICT sector.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or similar.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of SQL and database management is a plus.
