📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily retail operations including inventory control and sales tracking.
• Oversee staff performance and training to ensure high service standards.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Monitor and report on sales performance to identify trends and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with the regional team to achieve sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular stock checks and reordering to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive brand image.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with retail software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Knowledge of consumer behavior and market trends.
