📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain the physical and environmental aspects of the data centre, including temperature, humidity, and power supply.
• Ensure the smooth operation of servers, networking equipment, and other critical infrastructure.
• Perform regular checks and maintenance on hardware and software to prevent any potential issues.
• Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve any technical problems.
• Implement and enforce security protocols to protect the data centre from unauthorized access.
• Document all activities and maintain records for compliance and auditing purposes.
• Participate in on-call duties to ensure 24/7 availability and quick response to any issues.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in data centre management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data centre operations or a similar role.
• Familiarity with data centre infrastructure, including servers, networking equipment, and storage systems.
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies and cloud computing.
• Certification in IT infrastructure library (ITIL) or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
