📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to safety protocols.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including procurement, production, and sales, to streamline logistics processes.
• Implement and monitor inventory management systems using WMS (Warehouse Management System) software.
• Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Manage and optimize the use of warehouse resources, including equipment and personnel.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with external partners and vendors to maintain seamless supply chain operations.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to warehouse staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations and logistics management.
• Proven experience with WMS (Warehouse Management System) software, such as SAP Warehouse Management or Oracle Warehouse Management System.
• Certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
