As a Permits and Licensing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and ensuring the timely renewal of permits and licenses for our gasoline stations across Bali. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and renew permits and licenses for gasoline stations across Bali, ensuring compliance with local, regional, and national regulations.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of gasoline stations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports, documentation, and filings to relevant authorities.
• Provide guidance and support to station managers on regulatory compliance best practices.
• Monitor regulatory changes and updates, and ensure that our compliance policies and procedures are up-to-date.
• Collaborate with legal advisors and regulatory experts to address compliance issues and resolve regulatory concerns.
• Develop and implement training programs to educate our staff on regulatory compliance requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with regulatory authorities to ensure smooth and efficient compliance processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, particularly within the oil and gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian regulatory requirements, including but not limited to, environmental regulations, health and safety standards, and licensing requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with regulatory authorities, legal advisors, and station managers.
• Proficient in using regulatory compliance software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Familiarity with environmental management systems (EMS) and health, safety, and environment (HSE) practices.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address compliance issues proactively.
